Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Please note that there is a non-refundable fee of up to 3.5% of your total order. This is what the credit processor keeps for processing the initial transaction, and we do not have the option to refund this.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. Please check your package carefully upon delivery, as we are unable to approve non-warranty claims past this period.
